the manager waste water treatment plant and their staff to plan and realize the treatment of waste water in a way which satisfies their lnf-internal customers as well as legal requirements what environmental emission is concerned, using the resources available in an efficient, economical way, i.e.
与部门员工一起，利用既有资源，通过经济有效的方式，依据国家环保及排放法律法规的规定，制定废水处理计划，满足工厂内部客户需要。也即：
to build and implement the operation standards, regulations and sops, and adjust the process to achieve the drainage standard
建立并实施运行标准,规定和sop，调整工艺以实现排放标准。
to coordinate the activities of subordinate staff and to develop a highly motivated and efficient workforce in the department
协调属下活动，发展做事高效积极主动的员工 。
to initiate and assist the implementation of minor changes, improvements and modernization in the department
提议并协助部门内部小型技改、改良及现代化项目的实施
to build and maintain iso standard and other standard request by company
建立并坚持iso标准并遵守其他公司层面的其他标准
to maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping in the department
维持部门安全及卫生秩序高标准
to cooperate with process maintenance to achieve minimum down time
与工艺维修配合，以实现最少故障停车时间
to continuously control and monitor availability and consumption of various raw materials, chemicals, process spare and others utilities and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
持续控制并监控原材料、化学品、工艺备品备件及其他设施的供给及消耗状况，制定纠偏措施。
to optimize the utilization of machinery in the department by implementing proper maintenance procedure in cooperation with other services group
与其他服务部门协作，执行恰当的维修程序，最大化提高部门内设备的利用率
任职要求：
bachelor degree in chemical engineering or environment engineering or
water supply & drainage
学士学位，化学工程、环境工程或给排水相关专业
extensive experience in wastewater treatment
丰富的废水处理经验
good english skills
良好的英语口语及书面沟通能力
familiarity with relevant laws and regulations about wastewater
熟悉有关废水处理的相关法律法规
